We founded Birgo Capital to help others preserve and grow their wealth through private equity real estate investing.

As real estate owners and operators in the resilient and reborn city of Pittsburgh, we have profited from the compelling risk/reward profile unique to this area. Over the last decade, we have honed our real estate investment strategy to maximize returns while minimizing risk, and today, we offer this same investment strategy to accredited investors who want to diversify their portfolio through real estate (without taking on the responsibilities and time-commitment of becoming a landlord).

2015

Birgo Capital forms as a joint venture of Birchmere Advisors & Go Realty as Fund I launches with $17m in equity

2018

Fund I closes with $63m in total assets. The venture exceeds 1,000 residential units and launches Fund II

2019

Go Realty & Birchmere Advisors are fused into one vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, Birgo

2020

Fund II closes, Geographic Expansion

2022

Birgo Income Fund III Launched

2023

Birgo Opportunistic Fund Launched

Birchmere Advisors launches to provide private investors with boutique, risk-managed alternative investment strategies.

2015

Birgo Capital is formed as a joint venture of Birchmere Advisors and Go Realty. Fund I launches with $17m in equity.

2018

Fund I closes with $63m in total assets. Fund II launches and the firm exceeds 1,000 residential units under management.

2019

Go Realty and Birchmere Advisors are fused into one vertically integrated real estate investment firm, Birgo.

2020

Fund II Closing and Geographic Expansion

Fund III and Public REIT (Reiturn) Launched
