It’s centrally-located within walking distance of Washington Road and Beverly Road, local hubs lined with fantastic restaurants and shops. With South Hills Village in close driving distance, it makes for a great night on the town! Concurrently, Apartments on Academy is surrounded by residential neighbors, so it’s a quiet street to enjoy time at home.
The T-Stop is close by for easy access to the city.
Mount Lebanon has one of the top-rated school districts in the state, as rated on Zillow by GreatSchools. Most of the schools in the Lebanon district were rated with a perfect score, so if you have kids, you won’t have to struggle through difficult learning experiences for your child.

The apartments themselves are spacious, with newly-renovated bathrooms and kitchens. There’s optimal kitchen and bathroom cabinet storage, and (unless you have a crazy obsession with clothes 😉), you’re guaranteed enough storage space in your bedroom closets, too!
Extra amenities include off-street parking or garage parking, coin-operated laundry units on-site, hardwood flooring, balconies, and storage areas in the basement. Our units are cat-friendly.
When summer kicks in, we’ll give you your own window A.C. unit. We’ll stow them away for you come winter as well so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to store it.
Each unit has its own historic charm, overall: built-in bookshelves, fluted glass door handles, crown molding, and some even have stained glass galley doors. It’s a beautiful place to live!

Once you begin to pay rent, the studio units start at $695/month, 1 bed - 1 bath at $825/month, and 2 bed - 1 bath at $995/month (which may vary per the season).
