Renovated Carriage-house: Short-term Rental
We recently completed renovations on an Airbnb property. It’s a historic single-family home in the Northside. Previously a carriage house in the Mexican War streets, we’ve revitalized the older building into one of our newest short-term rentals. The home comfortably sleeps 7, and has a combination of rich history with modern upgrades, located in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
It’s been interesting to incorporate short-term rentals into our residential portfolio, and we look forward to adding more in the future.
